Jiangsu Guotai Fire Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guotai Group. It has the first-class qualification of fire protection facility engineering design and Construction issued by the Ministry of Construction. The winning Zhongliang Xiangti Mansion is Zhongliang's first effort to enter Tai'an, planning multi-storey and small high-rise products; the project belongs to Tai'an Cultural and Educational Core Area, located west of Fengtian Road, south of North Tianmen Street, west of the Party School of the Municipal Committee; the total area of the project is 178,000 feet, with a total building area of 45,000 feet, a volume ratio of 1.8, and a greening rate of 30%. The project strives to build a low-density humanistic community with high comfort.
