Jiangsu Guotai Fire Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guotai Group. It has the first-class qualification of fire protection facility engineering design and Construction issued by the Ministry of Construction. The winning plot XDG-2003-25 is located in the south of Taihu Avenue and the east of Youyi Road, Dongting Street, Xishan District. The total construction area of the project is 90866_from east to urban green space, from south to planning road, from west to friendship road and from north to Taihu Avenue. The project is divided into two phases, one of which has been constructed. This is the second phase of the project, and the total planned building area is about 55080(of which the approved area is about 4053).
