The winning project of Yancheng Wanke Chongwenyuan (Jade Academy) is located at No. 18 Wenxie Road, Tinghu District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. The total land area is 39,251 square meters and the total building area is 123,649.13 square meters, of which the above-ground building area is 13,396 square meters.
