The winning project is located in the south of Fenglin Road in Nanshan New District and north of Jinwang Garden (Phase I). The land area of the project is 19,343 square meters, the building area is 4,2554.6 square meters, the building area is 11,355 square meters, the plot ratio is 2.2, the building density is 25%, the green rate is 35%, and the total number of households is 367.
