As of February 1, fire safety guidance and services have been carried out for more than 5000 epidemic prevention material production enterprises, designated hospitals and isolation points for centralized treatment.

On January 26, the Fire Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of emergency management issued the "notice on practically doing a good job in the fire supervision and management work in the special period of epidemic prevention and control", which clearly took the production enterprises of epidemic prevention and control materials, centralized treatment of designated hospitals, new designated hospitals, and transformation of centralized isolation points as the current fire prevention and control focus, requiring innovation of fire control supervision methods and effective fire safety Full service guidance. The Fire Rescue Bureau set up a fire supervision and guidance group, established a wartime mechanism of "daily study and judgment, daily dispatch" for fire safety situation during epidemic prevention and control, and guided all localities to timely follow up fire safety risk prevention measures in key areas. Hubei fire and rescue Corps set up an epidemic prevention and control headquarters, and established an information sharing mechanism with the provincial pneumonia prevention and control headquarters. During the special period of epidemic prevention and control, fire prevention and control orders were sent to break the hierarchy and reduce the process, and direct scheduling, tracking and feedback.

In view of the fire safety risks existing in the temporary hospitals for centralized treatment of febrile patients transformed from hotels, training centers and sanatoriums, the Fire Rescue Bureau quickly organized the research, formulated and issued the "fire prevention technical requirements for temporary hospitals for centralized treatment of febrile patients" to standardize the relevant fire prevention technical requirements, and established designated medical institutions for epidemic prevention and control and centralized isolation points for fire safety A total of 24 fire prevention experts with senior titles are divided into 5 areas to provide fire technical support and help for new and rebuilt designated hospitals and centralized isolation points. There are 859 provincial and municipal fire safety technical guidance groups set up by local fire rescue teams to provide fire safety technical guidance services to local key places.

Local fire rescue teams comprehensively sort out relevant enterprises and key units, adopt one policy for one hospital, one policy for one factory, and provide point-to-point safety guidance service. Since January 20, a total of 6017 on-site inspections and guidance have been carried out, and 14186 hidden dangers have been rectified.

——According to the production enterprises and warehousing logistics enterprises of epidemic prevention and control materials, supervise and implement fire prevention and control measures, strengthen self-management, investigate hidden dangers and eliminate risks, so as to ensure fire safety during production. Hubei fire and rescue Corps carried out door-to-door fire safety inspection services for 32 provincial production enterprises of epidemic prevention goods, and guided the implementation of fire safety requirements. Beijing, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Chongqing, Guangdong, Yunnan and other fire rescue Corps carried out door-to-door fire safety inspection and guidance for the production and storage enterprises of medical protective articles one by one to help improve the intrinsic safety level. For the hidden dangers that cannot be rectified for a time, special personnel are assigned to guide the units to implement temporary care measures. Zhejiang fire and rescue Corps included the upstream supply enterprises into the scope of guidance services and updated the roster to provide on-site service guidance.

——In view of the designated medical institutions and the centralized isolation points of suspected cases, the fire rescue teams in various places flexibly adopt various means to strengthen the fire safety guidance service. Hubei fire and rescue Corps used information technology to strengthen fire safety inspection in 251 epidemic related medical institutions and 59 centralized isolation points. Beijing, Shanxi, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan, Hainan and other fire rescue Corps organized fire supervisors to conduct on-site inspection in designated hospitals and centralized isolation points under the condition of personal protection.

——For the newly established designated hospitals and centralized isolation points, the whole process tracking, active service and strict management are guided. Hubei fire and rescue Corps intervened in Wuhan huoshenshan and leishenshan medical institutions in advance, sent work suggestion letters to housing and construction departments, coordinated health and housing construction departments to set up special classes, conducted on-site fire safety service guidance twice, coordinated the installation of single smoke alarm, donated fire-fighting equipment, set up small fire station of huoshenshan hospital, and improved the fire safety level. Beijing fire rescue Corps has organized four times of on-the-spot inspection and guidance for Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital under repair and construction, and organized fire safety training for more than 500 construction personnel and medical personnel. Chongqing fire rescue Corps carried out on-site consultation with the departments of housing and construction, health and other departments of 3 designated hospitals which were put into operation by surprise construction, and solved 17 major problems.
