From now on to the end of the epidemic prevention and control, we will implement the policy of delaying the collection of certification and inspection fees for all fire product manufacturers, including but not limited to Certification Commission application fee, factory inspection fee, product inspection fee, approval fee, annuity, supervision and review fee, etc.; after the epidemic is over, the certification and inspection fee deferred during the epidemic period will be supplemented in batches. At the same time, the fire product manufacturers who resume work and production according to law during the epidemic period will be exempted from the inspection and testing fees in Hubei Province.

Further optimize the certification and inspection process. The compulsory certification and inspection institutions of fire products shall recognize each other the inspection results of 3C certification factories in the enterprise, and reduce the repeated evaluation and on-site inspection as far as possible; for those involving type test, the relevant designated laboratory shall reasonably and give priority to the 3C certification inspection work under the premise of logistics and transportation permission. If the voluntary certification of fire protection products is involved, the certification bodies can accept other voluntary certification evaluation information, and during the epidemic period, they can rely on the test results of their own laboratories.
